Founder, CEO & MD

Satish followed up on his abiding interest in enterprise solutions for small & medium sized banks and automation of processes that remained outside the purview of most core banking solutions due to technology limitations, with a missionary zeal thus leading to the founding of BSG ITSOFT. As a young and committed entrepreneur Satish has focussed on building BSG ITSOFT as a brick & mortar software products & services company leveraging his previous experience as a banker with HDFC Bank. Satish is hands-on first-generation entrepreneur with extensive experience in retail and corporate banking, sales of channel products to partner institutions and building up new business lines based on innovative ideas. With passionate interest in banking with extensive experience in managing customer satisfaction, Satish has focussed on building the organization since 2010 from a scratch to its current position. Satish continues to oversee Sales & Business development, Product evangelisation and Customer Satisfaction. Besides being passionate about helping like sized start-ups by partnering to build a sustainable go-to-market strategy, Satish is well read and keenly interested in developing affordable software products for banks and financial institutions in developing countries globally and has a personal mission of reducing the unbanked population globally   Satish holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Mumbai University, India and graduate in Chemistry from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

Rohit Maroo heads the Sales function in BSG. Rohit is responsible for seamless execution of BSG’s Sales & Business development strategy and broad base the same to bring predictability and sustainable growth in business. Prior to BSG, Rohit worked with HDFC Bank for over 2 decades where he was responsible for Product & Channel Sales function.
